Description

The CSIR Diamond Jubilee Technology Award (CDJTA), given annually, was instituted in commemoration of CSIR’s Diamond Jubilee in 2003. The award seeks to recognize and honor outstanding technical innovation that has contributed significantly to enhancement of national prestige.

Recipients

For the year 2009, CSIR received 61 nominations for the award. While many nominations received were good in their own right, none matched the standard set for the award. Hence there is no ‘awardee’ for this coveted award for the year 2009'
