Description

These awards are given annually for such books and/or monograph published in Philippines or elsewhere by Filipino authors or co-authors within five years preceding the award.

Plaques of recognition will be awarded to the author/s of books and/or monographs adjudged to be outstanding in the fields of:
* Agricultural Sciences
* Biological Sciences
* Chemical, Mathematical and Physical Sciences
* Engineering Sciences and Technology
* Health Sciences
* Social Sciences
