Post Graduate Research Award of the Sri Lanka Association for the Advancement of Science (SLAAS) has been instituted for the purpose of recognizing and promoting high quality research work carried out by postgraduate students registered in a Sri Lankan University. The major part of the research should have been carried out in an institution within Sri Lanka.
