British osteologist, burial archaeologist and project manager, spending 15 years at Oxford Archaeology and 4 years at Glasgow University.

She has worked as a professional archaeologist for 20 years across England and Scotland.

Osteology and Burial Archaeology of all periods. Particular interest in Neolithic/Bronze Age and post-medieval burial.
Research strategies in Roman burial archaeology (recently excavated further phase of the late Roman cemetery at Lankhills, Winchester, finished post-ex assessment of large Roman cemetery associated with springhead Roman small town.)

Weymouth Relief Road Mass Burial Pit (2009-)

As a consultant on this project involving the excavation and post-excavation analysis of a group of up to 60 decapitated skeletons of the 9th and 10th century AD (ongoing).

Lomm and Venlo (2009-)

The analysis of two cremation cemeteries in the Netherlands (ongoing).

The Ferry Fryston chariot burial (2003-2006)

Project management of the excavation and post-excavation analysis of an intact Iron Age chariot.

St Luke\'s Church, Islington, London (1998-2005)

The exhumation and analysis of more than a thousand 18th- and 19th-century burials and their associated coffins and burial monuments.

St George\'s Church, Bloomsbury, London (2003-2008)

The recording and exhumation of 781 burials of 19th-century date prior to their reburial.

Exhumation of Hippolyto Jose da Costa

The exhumation and analysis of the remains of the Brazilian freedom fighter, Hippolyto da Costa to facilitate his reburial in Brazil.
