Archaeological conservator, Institute of Archaeology, Oxford University, Oxford, UK.

Archaeological conservator specialising in the examination and analysis of recently excavated finds, in particular metalwork. She is the regional conservator funded by English Heritage to work principally on material from their excavations and projects, although some work is accepted from excavations funded by developer and other sources.

metalworking processes, tools and techniques. Current research includes metallographic analysis to investigate the technology involved in the manufacture of early ferrous tools, in particular from the pre-Roman Iron Age in Britain.
